A (Funny) tribute & thank you letter to Jeff Ireland
Dear Jeff Ireland,
After your 6 seasons of service with the Miami Dolphins, we here at PhinNation only felt that it would be appropriate to give you the proper send off you deserve. You helped build the last Dolphins AFC East Championship team in 2008. And we know you tried your best in the years that followed. You know, the 7-9, 7-9, 6-10, 7-9, 8-8 years? You tried and for that you should be commended.
On Tuesday evening around 6:30pm EST, Dolphins fans around the world learned that you and the Dolphins were going to part ways ‘mutually’. As you can see from their reactions on Twitter, you had many fans in Dolphinsland and they took the news of your departure, very hard:
