Could Dolphins target TE Tyler Eifert with 12th pick?

The Dolphins are currently finalizing their draft board and sending out misinformation everywhere.  Some reports indicate that the Dolphins are very interested in moving up in the draft, using their large stockpile of draft picks to do so. Those reports indicate that the Dolphins could be looking to trade up for a left tackle (Lane Johnson, Eric Fisher, or Dee Millner).  However, no one can no for sure if this is true or if it’s simply a smokescreen.
