New York Jets (3-6 overall, 2-2 division)
The Jets are a mess right now. And this morning, we see headlines suggesting that players within the Jets locker room had some not-so-nice things to say about Tim Tebow. One player went so far as to say “he’s terrible’. When all looks lost Dolphins fans, just think to yourself ‘at least we’re not the Jets’. The Jets traveled to Seattle last week in a game that we knew would be tough for them. We didn’t know they’d get beat by 3 touchdowns, but it was fun to watch nonetheless. This week, the Jets will try to put their bickering to the side and head to St. Louis for a matchup with the Rams (3-5). This game might have seemed like a gimme for the Jets earlier this season, but the Rams are a different team at home and the Jets can’t get out of their own way right now.
Buffalo Bills (3-6 overall, 0-3 division)
The Bills haven’t beaten a team in the AFC East yet. However, they’ve played some close games in which they could’ve won. One such game was against the Titans….you know, the team that just came into Miami and dominated the Dolphins? The Bills played the Patriots tough on Sunday, but ultimately fell short. This week the Bills are on a short week and welcome in the Dolphins on Thursday Night Football. The Bills record might not show it, but the Dolphins will face a real test on Thursday night. We already know that Fred Jackson will not play, which means CJ Spiller will be in at running back for the Bills. Spiller is the type of runner that gave the Dolphins trouble on Sunday (Chris Johnson), so the Dolphins rush defense must return to form if they hope to slow him down.
