Dolphins’ Ryan Tannehill improving and on pace for 4,000 passing yards

The Miami Dolphins have been looking for their next franchise quarterback for what seems like a lifetime. In actuality, it’s been 12.5 years since the day Dan Marino officially retired from the Dolphins….it has just felt like a lifetime!  When the Dolphins selected Ryan Tannehill with the #8 overall pick, it was the first time they used a first round pick on a quarterback since they took Dan Marino in 1983.

Ryan Tannehill has only played in 4 NFL games and he’s had his great moments and his bad moments.  He’s a rookie quarterback, who is still adjusting to the speed of the NFL, as well as opposing defenses.  Needless to say, he has a lot to learn and a lot of improving to do.  However, Dolphins fans have to be encouraged by what they have seen thus far.  I feel confident saying, and this is only my humble opinion, but I think that Tannehill is The One.

      I’d rather have Tannehill than that guy the bucs have been trying to make a QB the last few years, Glass houses bob!

    Just imagine next year with all the draft picks the Dolphins have, they will pick up a few big time receivers in the 1st and 2nd round for Tanny to pass the rock to. Scary stuff for the rest of the NFL. The kid is a rookie and he will make mistakes in his first year.

    He has had No help at receiver till Sunday
    2 losses on the kicker, or we are talking 3-1
    He’s great then huh ?
    Give him a break, he’s played 4 games and put us in position to be 3-1
    Houston and Arizona are Very good teams undefeated !
