Incognito entered today allowing most sacks of any NFL guard (six). Philbin says Nate Garner played well after Incognito was injuredThursday

We’ll keep you posted as this story continues to swirl. In my opinion, if Richie really was a bad apple, this may be the cleansing that the locker room needed. It should be pointed out, however, that Richie was a leader on this team. However, if he was leading the bullying and hazing of younger players, that’s not the type of leader the Dolphins need. The Dolphins need guys that are role models for younger players, not guys that threaten them.
Incognito was injured in Thursday night’s game and Nate Garner filled in pretty well in his place. Incognito also lead the league in sacks given up by guards. So on the field, he may not be missed very much. What’s most concerning is the fact that Martin apparently spoke with Coach Philbin during Spring OTAs. That was a good 6-7 months ago. My concern with this coaching staff has grown each week this season and to hear that Philbin has allowed this type of behavior to go on is ridiculous.
Philbin is the same guy who wants fine, upstanding citizens on his team and yet he allows this type of activity to go on? Don’t tell me that this goes on in every NFL city because even if it does, it doesn’t make it right. I’m not siding with Martin, but it’s becoming more evident that Joe Philbin is not the control freak that we thought he was….He’s clearly lost control of this locker room, at least part of it.
